Cancellations:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s). To cancel, please contact us with your order details within this period.
After the 14-day withdrawal period, cancellations will only be accepted if the product has arrived damaged.
For cancellations after the product has shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. A refund will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Returns and Refunds:
If your order is lost during shipping or arrives damaged, we will offer a full refund or cover the return postage costs if necessary. In some cases, we may ask you to dispose of the damaged item instead of returning it.
Custom-made products (e.g., commissions) are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are damaged upon arrival or lost during shipping.
Please note that we are not obliged to provide a replacement product in lieu of a refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom orders or commissions may take longer, depending on the complexity of the request. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method. Nao Chan Caps is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply to international shipments.

Delivery Time:
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

We take pride in the quality of our artisan keycaps. If you find any defects in your product upon arrival that are unrelated to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss possible solutions, such as a replacement or partial refund.

Our handmade artisans may exhibit minor individual differences and/or imperfections, which are a natural part of the crafting process. These imperfections do not compromise the quality or functionality of the product but rather add to its charm and character. Differences or imperfections like these do not warrant a refund.

Order Changes:
If you need to make changes to your order (such as updating your shipping address or modifying the items), please contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes only if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Accurate Information:
Please ensure that all personal and shipping information is correct when placing your order. Nao Chan Caps is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items:
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document the damage with photographs and contact us immediately. Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 14 days of delivery.
